Anne Hathaway has been running around NYC doing press for "The Odyssey," showing off her understated, easygoing maternity style along the way. Having announced her third pregnancy right ahead of the press tour in mid-June, she's exuded the look of a glowing maternity goddess ever since — with the help of longtime stylist Erin Walsh.
Needless to say, I immediately eyed the shoes she's been wearing between red carpets because I, too, love a walkable kitten heel. Hathaway owns this VIVAIA Emeline Sandal ($129) in both Ruby Red and Almond, and if you're not already familiar with the brand, you're about to become fully obsessed.
Crafted from plastic water bottles, VIVAIA shoes are not only environmentally-friendly, they're all machine-washable. The Emeline heel is just two inches, and it's built with enhanced arch support and an anti-slip outsole. While they're great for dressing up an outfit on a busy city day, I'm personally not interested in heels much higher than these for weddings, galas, or events anyway. In other words, you can sign me up for both colorways.

I have no problem admitting my sleep style is rather boring. I'm perhaps more ashamed that I have two rows of untouched lingerie arranged by color in my underwear drawer. "I save these for when we're on vacation," I've explained to my fiancé, who still has yet to see me model a single set (unless it's for a photo shoot). I'm a Taurus, you see, and I proudly prioritize comfort above all else.
My actual sleep uniform is a pair of boy shorts and an oversize T-shirt with cats on it — and my latest go-to brands have been Honeydew and Montelle. More specifically, I've got the Honeydew Cyrus High-Waist Boyshorts 3 Pack ($36) and Montelle Boxer ($19, originally $39) on repeat. I like the stretch in Honeydew's construction — the fabric is a nylon and spandex blend — and the Montelle boxer is so light and soft, I truly feel like I'm wearing nothing at all. Zero chafing, a waistband that lays flat and doesn't budge, and 24 different colors to choose from, most of which are on sale.
So if you're thinking about crossing over to the comfort sleep camp, I highly recommend considering my favorite boy shorts.
