BEAUTY EDITOR AT LARGE | | | I’ve often thought about what I would look like at my age without the skincare and makeup I’m given to try out as a beauty editor. I’d hate to think how my complexion would fare without the skin-brightening Balayage I have done every eight weeks. Tired and sad looking, I’m guessing. So imagine the surprise Alice Hart-Davis had when she was presented with an AI-powered software image that predicted how her face would appear – without the £100,000 worth of tweakments she’s been having over the past two decades. On the one hand, it’s a depressing contemplation. On the plus side, when you know, you know.
Speaking of knowing, Lucia has explored why French women look so good over 50.
