FASHION EDITOR

What happens when your penchant for a little "retail therapy" gets out of hand? This is what happened to Laura Horton, whose shopping habit evolved into a 1,500-garment collection and a diagnosis of OCD. As she brings her story to the London stage, Charlotte Lytton meets her.

Our head of fashion Lisa Armstrong also remembers her predecessor Hilary Alexander, who spent 25 years at this newspaper and died this week at the age of 77. "She had more stamina than teenagers and loved a party," she writes. "To sit next to her at the shows was truly an experience."

Happy reading,
Tamara

On Tamara's recommendation

The Sezane x Sea NY collaboration sold out within minutes when it launched on Monday, and I was one of the many who missed their chance to buy a piece – so I was delighted to learn this morning that there had been another drop. At the time of writing, there are still plenty of sizes left of hero pieces including the Flavie shirt (£110) and Edwige jumpsuit (£160). Check it out at Sezane.com.
