COMMISSIONING BEAUTY EDITOR

There are many brilliant things about Twixmas - when else can you genuinely not feel guilty about sitting on the sofa finishing off the Quality Street or indulging in a bit of pampering (does anyone really have the time for a fifteen-minute face mask at any other time of the year?).

No stranger to pampering or beauty products, Simon Cowell has revealed the secret to his glowing skin is a best-selling Korean face mask which you mix up like a Martini and leave on for half an hour for a glass-like glow. I tried it and I have to admit, it’s pretty good. My piece also explains why Korean beauty products are leaders when it comes to skincare and I round up 6 brilliant products for an instant glow at this time of year (even if you haven’t left the sofa).

Jan Masters also brings us some great tips for looking glamorous with low effort whatever you’re doing this New Year's Eve, even if it’s just nipping to the neighbours for a Negroni.

Happy New Year!
