I stopped by the NYC showroom to chat with co-founders and best friends Marcela Ponce and Jason Crantz and learn all about how they've made their dreams a reality.
Nearly every DEMARSON piece — including the Luna Mini Pavé Earrings ($185) that Gaga and I are wearing here — is convertible and can be adjusted to wear several different ways. Ponce and Crantz are all about self-expression and mixing metals, which is probably why so many style icons gravitate toward the brand.

Cult-favorite brand Fleur du Mal — worn by celebs like Sabrina Carpenter, Addison Rae, Taylor Swift, and Charli XCX — is getting a little more playful. With the re-introduction of its banana embroidery sets, the lingerie label is teaming up with Matchaful to offer limited-edition soft serve inspired by the design (available at all NYC locations through mid-August). I've always loved a colorful bra I can show off on vacation with my partner, but also let peek out from underneath a white tank — especially during summer. The Fleur du Mal Banana Embroidery Balconette Bra ($158) is getting the job done for me, and in trending colors at that.
