It's no secret Pilates has been having a moment and a half. Pretty much everyone I know has become obsessed with classes on and off the mat. When Dua Lipa became co-founder and chief creative officer of Frame last year, it brought newfound interest to the at-home reformer that's equipped with a 24-inch swivel display monitor, allowing users to take classes from the comfort of their own space. There are over 250 classes on demand, plenty of which are led by founder and ballerina-turned-instructor Melissa Bentivoglio. Dua's favorite? 20-minute Arms & Core, which is exactly what I tried at Casa Cipriani in NYC. It had been a minute since I flexed my Pilates muscles, and the session left me sore and sweaty. But most importantly, I was reminded how important it is to slow down and pay attention to my form — and I think that's one of Frame's specialties. I was also gifted Dua Lipa's exact workout set for my trial, which you can't purchase at the moment, but it inspired my search for similar twisted halter sports bra tops.
