I honestly feel sore just from thinking about from my 55-minute workout at Dogpound, where a trainer guided me through Taylor Swift's full routine. Not only do I now understand her endurance level and ability to put on three-hour shows, I'm officially kissing my childhood pop star dreams goodbye. That sh*t was hard. Dogpound is an exclusive, members-only gym in NYC, mostly because the equipment is top-notch and the trainers are next level. They have eyes on your posture during every exercise and they challenge you to go up in weight. Of course, it wouldn't be a true Taylor Swift experience unless I was also testing her exact apparel, so I got my hands on her Lululemon Energy Longline Bra ($68), Lululemon Align High-Rise Short 6" ($64), and HOKA Cliftons ($154) and went to work. I even wore a chunky gold chainlink choker, because the fashion girl in me couldn't help it.
