Leave it to Taylor Swift to announce a new album in an old skirt. The "Bejeweled" singer nearly broke the internet shortly after midnight (12:12, to be exact) on Aug. 12 to tease her latest project, "The Life of a Showgirl." The outfit she dropped the big news in? A simple white button-down and two familiar pieces from her wardrobe: the Sandy Liang Paris Skort she wore out in Malibu with boyfriend Travis Kelce in March 2024 and the Panthère de Cartier necklace she sported for an NYC outing this past June. Outfit repeating is nothing new for celebrities — even Kylie Jenner can't stop wearing these flip-flops — but Swift has managed to cement herself as the star of the style hack. Back in June, she wore a corset dress from EB Denim for a benefit concert for Kelce's Tight End University; two years earlier, she rocked the same dress in blue at the 2023 MTV Awards (because denim just screams red carpet, right?). Oh, and she even wears denim minis for rehearsals — one acid-wash style from Wiskii in particular, which PS shopping director Sarah Wasilak tested out. Clearly, this is your sign to start shopping in your closet — or in this case, Swift's closet. | |

Before you go, here are more shopping stories from Popsugar that should be on your radar. |
- Hero Cosmetics has become one of our favorite skin-care brands, we're loving their new Rescue Patch which delivers a cream that supports the skin's moisture barrier. PS editor Renee Rodriguez tested it, and trust us, it lives up to its name, literally rescuing her dry skin after she spent hours at the beach. Need any more convincing? It's only $18.
- If you haven't recognized by now, we aren't shy about testing a product around here, so we had to try Bieber's polka-dot capris. Main takeaway? Capris are so wearable in 2025.
- Decades after "Friends" ended, Jennifer Aniston still influences our shopping habits. The originator of "the Rachel" sat down with PS to share her must haves, including a $24 collagen powder.
- Another product we put to the test recently? Current Body's LED Anti-Acne Mask. Take a look at one editor's experience, and find out why it's worth the splurge.
