The sun is out and it’s time to hear the sweet sound of a popping cork. Whether you’re relaxing in the garden or heading to a campy Eurovision party, this warm weather is crying out for a great bottle of rosé.

But these bottles can be very expensive – this higher price point has sparked a league of Provencal pretenders (read: other wine regions putting out very pale, bone-dry pinks in a similar style). Telegraph wine expert Susy Atkins taste-tests 30 under-£10 pinks on the high street this week to find out which bottle is worth the buy.

If you’re hosting a Eurovision bash, don’t shy away from the salt when serving snacks – it’s better for you than you think. Elsewhere, the travel team looks into the retro American holiday region enjoying a renaissance.
