With some of the most stylish royals in the world in attendance and a global audience to charm, King Charles’ Coronation is set to provide a style spectacle like no other. The Queen is believed to have commissioned a gown by Bruce Oldfield, one of British society’s most beloved designers who is known for delivering on dazzle, whilst the Princess of Wales will likely wow in something sparkling from one of her most-trusted designers – favourites including old hands Alexander McQueen and Jenny Packham. But at the heart of the ceremony’s style choices there will be carefully selected nods to the gowns and jewels worn for previous coronations, all of which make up a spectacular history of Coronation style. Scroll down for our timeline of royal glamour, from Queen Victoria to Elizabeth II.

Plus, find out what happened when one writer tried the new fitness trend “naked running” (it’s not what you think), and discover the winner of the ultimate coffee pod taste test.

Enjoy!
