In 2016 Mark Pitcher's world was turned upside down when he lost his 18-year-old son, Charlie, to suicide. Battling undiagnosed depression, he found himself neglecting his physical and emotional health: "I was eating badly and not exercising and I wasn’t really there for my family, my wife, 46, and our three younger children."
