Cheltenham, the first horse racing event of the year, represents the start of the social season, and for the self-appointed ‘rural vogue’ set, it’s a chance to dress up. It’s nothing like Royal Ascot or Aintree though. Cheltenham has a very specific aesthetic with a charm of its own - our Senior Fashion Editor Caroline Leaper went along to see if she could cut it with the best of them.

Swiftly moving on to this weekend’s main event, Mother’s Day: Lisa Armstrong and Annabel Jones have come up with gift ideas so appealing, you’ll probably want to buy them for yourself too.

Wishing you a stylish weekend,

Tamara
