Studies have shown that many of us struggle to get a good night's rest when sharing a bed – whether it's due to snoring, different routines, or feeling too hot or cold. Self-acknowledged 'night tyrant' Melissa Twigg found she was no exception, when she underwent a mid-30s slide from good sleeper to bad after meeting her husband. Seeking help (and shut-eye), the pair visited a luxury sleep clinic in the Swiss Alps to master the art of drifting off. Read what they learned here.

Plus, find out why the 'make do and mend' attitude is making a comeback, with more and more of us repairing instead of replacing our clothes, and our travel team reveal how to see the best beaches in the Caribbean for less.

Enjoy!
