Awards season is in full effect, with the 31st Critics Choice Awards kicking things off this past weekend. While there were tons of fashion looks to gawk at, the beauty category was far from lacking — namely, Ariana Grande's dreamy glam. And, of course, it was a r.e.m. beauty affair. It's insane to think that era was exactly a decade ago, but it was one of the most unique times in beauty, where experimentation and precision was simultaneously encouraged.
